It deals issues related to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, records management, organizational development, safety and wellness, employee and labor relations, training and development and others. They play a strategic role in managing people, its culture and environment to attract and retain employees.

The HSE Department is responsible for the regulation of environmental protection, safety at work, occupational safety and health, compliance and best practices. The goal of HSE Department is to manage HSE risks and achieve legal compliance in terms of HSE.

The Accounting Department is responsible in recording accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets and other accounting functions. They review each department’s records to determine the company’s financial position and any changes required to run the organization cost-effectively.

PURCHASING AND LOGISTICS

The Purchasing and Logistics Department negotiates to potential suppliers to ensure the best value for the purchase of office and construction supplies and equipment. They are responsible for the warehouse and logistical function to effectively organize, distribute and produce the correct number of stocks required in each project site.

PROJECT CONTROL DEPARTMENT

The Project Control Department develop, implement and maintain cost controls on a project and provide centralized planning and scheduling on many projects.  The PCD oversees all the tasks and metrics necessary to ensure that the approved and authorized project is within scope, on time and on budget so that the project proceeds with minimal risk.

DESIGN DEPARTMENT

The Design Department involved in the design of a building. They are also responsible for public safety and overseeing of projects. The role in this department is important in every stage of the building’s construction, from the initial concept to the opening ceremony when the building is complete.
